Nathan P. Reveruzzi, 89, a Dover Plains resident since 1989, died on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Sharon Health Care Center in Sharon, CT. Mr. Reveruzzi was a salesman with J. E. Albright Company in New York City and worked at the Harlem Valley Psychiatric Center in Wingdale, NY, from 1989 to 1993. Born on March 4, 1926 in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Donato and Anna Belpedio Reveruzzi. On July 2, 2000 in Dover Plains, he married Cynthia Palma, who died on February 19, 2015. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his brother, John Reveruzzi. He was an active member of St. James Episcopal Church and a current member of the Dover Second Baptist Church in Dover Plains. Mr. Reveruzzi is survived by his first cousin, Henry Ciovacco, and Henry’s wife, Maria, of Irvington, NY; cousin Justine Ciovacco of Scarsdale, NY; and stepdaughters Patricia Sharpe of Toronto, CA and Paula Palma of New York City. Calling hours will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2015 at the Hufcut Funeral Home, 3159 Route 22, Dover Plains, NY. Funeral services will follow at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Jon Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery in Dover Plains, NY.
