Marion Theresa Smith, age 85, passed away peacefully, June 30, 2016, at Putnam Ridge Nursing home, Brewster, New York. Cherished daughter of the late Frank P. and Hazel E. (Klein) Smith, Manhattan, New York. She is deeply missed by her sister Barbara M. Fazzio of Carmel, her nieces, nephew and cousins. She leaves many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her sisters Patricia E. Smith and Rose A. Kashey, brothers in-law Joseph Fazzio and Emil Kashey, grand niece Nicole Greco-Cafarelli and nephew Richard Kashey. Born January 14, 1931 in Manhattan, New York, Marion was employed by the American Bank Note Company Inc. until her retirement. She had a wonderful sense of humor, enjoyed traveling, cooking, and family summers on the New Jersey shore.     Funeral Mass will be on September 23, 2016 at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, Carmel, New York. Internment service following, St. Raymond's Old Cemetery, Bronx, New York. She will be laid to rest with her father, mother and sister Patricia.  Rest in peace.
