Theodore A. Pluta, of Washburn Rd., Bliss, died Thursday August 18, 2016 at his home at the age of 74.
He was born February 28, 1942 in Buffalo a son of the late Edward and Helen (nee Gurecki) Pluta. He received a Bachelor's Degree from Niagara University. He served in the U.S. Navy from August 25, 1960 through August 25, 1966 and was a member of the Arcade American Legion. He was an electrician for Fisher-Price, Mattel and Motorola in Elma.
He is survived by two daughters - Taurel (Jeffrey) Mroczek of Rochester and Celestine (Edward) Stores of Warsaw; six grandchildren - Haley, James & Ian Mroczek and Jessa, Edward & Emmitt Stores; four sisters - Regina (Anthony) Acquaviva of Florida, Victoria (Edward) Musielak of Florida, Jean Sitarski of Indiana, Delores Pluta of Buffalo and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother - Edward Pluta.
There are no calling hours. A memorial service will be held Monday August 29, 2016 at 11 am at W.S. Davis Funeral Home, Inc., 358 W. Main St., Arcade.
