Patrick M. "Cowboy" O'Brien, Jr.

Patrick M. "Cowboy" O'Brien, Jr., of VanGilder Rd., Delevan, died Saturday September 3, 2016 at Mercy Hospital, Buffalo at the age of 62. He was born February 5, 1954 a son of Stella (nee Hall) O'Brien and the late Patrick O'Brien, Sr. He was a machinist at Motorola in Arcade and Elma and the worked at Continental until they closed. He enjoyed collecting things. He is survived by his wife - Betty (nee Presler) O'Brien whom he married September 29, 2006 in Delevan; his mother - Stella O'Brien of East Rochester, OH; children - Crystal (John) Wilber of Bliss, Patrick (Caitlin) O'Brien of Centerville, Shawn Mang of Yorkshire, Phil (Malarie) White of Southbridge, MA; siblings - Chris (Phil) Brehm, Elise (Mike) Parrington, Jim (Mary) O'Brien, Sr, Harold (Lisa) O'Brien, Mike (Jane) O'Brien all of Ohio; 12 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father who passed away in 1991 and a great-grandson. There are no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Memorials may be made to the Wyoming County Nursing Facility, 400 N. Main St., Warsaw, NY 14569.
