Geraldine E. Dubay, of Machias, formerly of Grove St., Delevan died Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at the Pines Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center in Machias at the age of 91. She was born November 5, 1924 in Woodland, ME a daughter of the late Colby and Helena (McQuade) Whitmore. She worked with her husband in Dubay Electric and was a homemaker. Her husband, Angelo Dubay who she married February 1, 1947 in Caribou, ME, passed away May 21, 2004. She is survived by her children: Larry (Teresa) Hewitt of Delevan, Erica (Frederick) Wolfer of Delevan, Debora (John) McCarty of Varysburg, Jaime (Caren) Dubay of Delevan and Jonathan (Sharley) Dubay of Delevan; her sister: Betty Holsworth of Caribou, ME; also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter: Stephanie Engnath who passed away December 28, 2011; her brothers: Robert, Gilbert, Norman, Paul and David Whitmore.
