Elmer R. Allard of Maple Grove Rd., Freedom died Friday, June 3, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo at the age of 87. He was born June 26, 1928 in North Tonawanda, NY a son of the late Edward and Dorothy (Haseley) Allard. He was a member of the Crossroads Church of The Nazarene in Arcade. He was a truck driver for Attica Package in Attica for 17 years. He had previously worked at Borden's Cheese and owned and operated B&E Clean & Care Janitorial in Freedom with his wife for 25 years. He is survived by his wife: Bette (Bly) Allard whom he married April 7, 1951 in Tonawanda; his children: Susan Geitner of Arcade, Jerry (Bev) Allard of Perry, Becky (Terry) Zittle of Coco Beach, FL, Bonnie Mosher of North Chili, Elmer (Carol) Allard of Bliss, Sandra Edwards of Grand Island, Tammy (Karl) Duttrey of Arcade and April Allard of Delevan; also survived by his sister-in-law: Shirley Allard of Tonawanda, 22 grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings: Walter Allard, Evelyn Allard, Edward Allard and Florence Demyanovich.
