Edith Van Der Woude, 93, of Holiday City Heights, Berkeley Twp., NJ, passed away Thursday, August 25, 2016 at Seacrest Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Born in Paterson, NJ, she lived in Little Falls, NJ before moving to Berkeley Twp. in 1990. Edith worked at Kearfott in Little Falls, NJ for many years. She later worked at Valley Spa in Little Falls. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, Toms River and was a member of the Holy Angels in Little Falls and the Red Hat Society in Manchester, NJ. Edith was predeceased by her husband, William Van Der Woude, in 2014. She is survived by her two daughters, Barbara Nazzaro and Jack India of Port Monmouth, NJ and Laurie Yasenchock and her husband Ken of Little Egg Harbor, NJ, and four grandchildren Joseph Nazzaro, Kenny Yasenchock, Christine Nazzaro and Andrew Yasenchock. The family will receive friends Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm with a funeral service to be offered at 8:00pm at the Timothy E. Ryan Home for Funerals, 145 St. Catherine Blvd., Toms River.
