Vernam, Michael Brian, 70, of Egg Harbor Twp, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 2, 2016, at Linwood Care Center after a brief battle with cancer. Michael was born in Sedalia, Missouri to the late George and Ann Vernam, on August 14, 1945. He previously lived in Linwood, before moving to Egg Harbor Twp. He retired from Global Systems Technologies, at the FAA Tech Center, in 2012. He was a great fan of the Eagles and NASCAR. Michael is survived by his companion Barbara Birch; his aunt, Dolly Flanagan; and several cousins. A viewing will be held from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm, on Monday, August 8, 2016, at Adams-Perfect Funeral Home, 1650 New Rd, in Northfield. A service will be at 2:30pm. Burial will follow at Laurel Memorial Park in Pomona. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bakas Horses for the Handicapped, 11510 Whisper Lake Trail, Tampa, FL 33626.
