Dominique Barnes Marlton, New Jersey Obituary

Dominique Barnes

God called Dominque Barnes home to rest on Thursday, September 15, 2016. She was born September 16, 1991 in Brooklyn, New York. She was the daughter of Franklin Barnes and the late Catherine Barnes. Dominique was one to live her life carefree. Within the 24 years of her life, her accomplishments didn't come clear to her but she accomplished a lifetime of achievements. Dominique had some bad days but the good days outweighed the bad. Her main goal in life was to make her father and mother proud and happy. Even though her life ended abruptly, we must give her credit for wanting to better herself. Along with working two jobs, she also attended Rowan University, where she was seeking out a career in Nursing. Dominique will always be remembered as the Life of the Party and a free spirit. At an early age she joined Briner Christian Church, DOC, Holly Hill, SC where she served on the youth usher board and a member of the sunbeam choir. She was a 2010 graduate of Burlington County Institute of Technology. Her grandfather Julius Walls preceded her in death. Dominique leave to cherish many fond memories, her loving father Franklin Barnes, mother Annie Barnes, of Holly Hill, SC, maternal grandma Daisy Walls, of New York, two sisters Fatima Walls of New York, Catherine Barnes of Tampa Florida, Two special cousin/sister and brother; Tatyana Goodwin and Jonathan Goodwin of Columbia, SC , and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. Let us celebrate the life she lived and the impact that she leaves for her love ones “to not put off today for tomorrow”. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday from 10am-12pm at the Bradley Funeral Home Rt. 73 and Evesham Rd. Marlton where a Funeral Service will be held at 12 pm. Interment Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson.
