Mario Lebron Long Branch, New Jersey Obituary

Mario Lebron

Mario Lebron, known as (Tic, Daddy and Pop Pop) gained his wings on September 24, 2016 at the age of 77. He was born was born July 22, 1939 in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He was a man who cared greatly about family, giving of his time and very generous whenever he could be. He loved to laugh and all who knew him found him to be kind. He would express his annoyance of an unfair flag on the play watching the GIANTS or a bad call during the Yankees game and was a great believer in common sense and a lover of jazz music. He was a cab driver in the city and thought New Jersey drivers were the worst. He will be enormously missed but thoughts of him will bring him near with a tear to the eye, a smile to a face, and warmth to many hearts. Mario was predeceased by his parents Providencia and Raymon Lebron; and sisters, Liberty, Carmen, Raphaela and Clara. He is survived by his wife, Rose of Long Branch; two sisters, Gloria and America Lebron; his children, Debra and Joseph Lebron, Providenca (Luis) Galarza, Raymond (Natalie) Lebron, and Mali (Kandis) Lebron; fifteen grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; which many don't get to experience. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 1 from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm at the First Pentecostal Church, 144 Oxonia Ave. in Neptune.
