Jean "Jennie" Peger Fallone, age 94 of Long Branch, died Sunday, July 17, 2016 at Monmouth Care Center in Long Branch. Born and raised in Newark, she had lived the past 30 years in Long Branch. Jean volunteered at the Long Branch Seniors Center and was a parishioner of Star of the Sea Church of Christ the King Parish in Long Branch. She was one of a kind and a wonderful mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. She adored her grandchildren and they adored her. Jean will be missed by all. She was predeceased by her parents, Francis and Marianna Peger; her husband, Vincent Fallone, Sr.; her son, Raymond Fallone and her brother, Edward Peger. Surviving are her children, Jeanne Fallone of Long Branch; Thomas and Joan Fallone of Oakhurst; Carmine and Judy Fallone of Leonardo; Linda and Cliff Fox of Old Bridge; Vincent and Patti Fallone of Point Pleasant; Carole and Kevin Cleary of Tuxedo, NY; her identical twin sister, Genevieve Janiak of Toms Rivers; her brother Henry Peger of Florida; her grandchildren, Thomas, Jennifer, Joseph, Allison, Mary Anne, Andrew, Kathleen, Samantha, Adam, Kevin, Kellie Rae; her great grandchildren, Salvatore and Anastasia and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 21 from 4-8 pm at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Ave., (corner of Third Ave.) in Long Branch. Funeral, Friday, 9 am at the funeral home followed by a 10 am Mass at Star of the Sea Church. Interment will be at Woodbine Cemetery in Oceanport.
