Ann Fasoli Obituary

Ann D. Fasoli, 97, of Hamilton, NJ entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 21, 2016 at the Compassionate Care Hospice Unit at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital at Hamilton. Born and raised in Trenton, Ann was a lifelong area resident. She was retired from General Motors in Ewing after 37 years of dedicated employment. She was a parishioner of St. Raphael’s Church and a member of its Altar Rosary Society. She loved going to the Hamilton Township Senior Citizens Center where she had many friends. A favorite pastime was the Friday May I Club. She was also a member of the Elderberry Club. Ann loved to cook, especially for her beloved family, who she loved and with whom she spent much quality time. Her cooking skills were well known by family and friends. Her specialties included: tomato sauce, chicken cutlets, and her legendary mashed potatoes. She had a talent for making beautiful floral arrangements, and enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. Ann was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Daughter of the late Carmelo and Angelina (Palmieri) Guagliardo; beloved wife of the late Delmo Fasoli; grandmother of the late Niki Rose Fasoli; sister of the late: Samuel and Vincent Guagliardo, Kate Fasanella, and Phyllis Cuccagna; Ann is survived by her two loving children, Robert Fasoli, and Carol and husband John Mastrosimone “Simone”; four grandchildren: Carla and husband Brian McManimon, Lori and husband David Sweeney, John Mastrosimone and wife Elaine, and Robert Fasoli, Jr.; twelve great grandchildren: Alexandra, Jenna, and Leah McManimon, John IV, Anthony, and Lily Mastrosimone, Lauren, Gabriella, and Timothy Sweeney, Hailey Chiacchio, Aidan and Emma Fasoli; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other family members and beloved friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 11:00 am at St. Gregory the Great Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Sq., NJ. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Mausoleum, 1200 Cedar Ln., Hamilton, NJ. Family and friends may pay their respects Tuesday morning from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Hamilton Brenna-Cellini Funeral Home, 2365 Whitehorse-Mercerville Rd., Hamilton, NJ 08619.
