Randolph Schroeer

Randolph W. Schroeer, Sr. of Cadet, Missouri was born on Wednesday, December 2, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri. A son of the late, Naomi Ruth (Asberry) Schroeer and the late, Walter John Schroeer. R.W. departed this life on Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at his residence in Cadet, having reached the age of sixty-two years, six months and twenty-six days. He is survived by two sons, Randy and Leila Schroeer of Mineral Point, Missouri; Billy and Katy Schroeer of Bonne Terre, Missouri; sisters, Georgia and John Hart of Piedmont, Missouri; Terry and Doug Fieseler of Imperial, Missouri; Shelly and Joe Tiedemann of St. Louis, Missouri; two grandchildren, Randi Lynn Schroeer and Landon Schroeer; also surviving are several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. R.W. served his country by enlisting into the United States Army on July 30, 1973. While serving he received the National Defense Service Medal, Marksman Badge, Sharpshooter Badge W/Hand Grenade, Parachutist Badge and was honorably discharged. R.W. always donated to many organizations. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and collecting guns and knives and cutting his winter wood. R.W. also enjoyed watching T.V., including MASH and older western and detective shows. One of his favorite trips was a Bahamas Cruise in 2009 with his dad. R.W. will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Visitation was held from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Saturday, July 2, 2016, at Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri. A Funeral Service was at 7:00 PM on Saturday at Moore Memorial Chapel with Pastor Dale Stringer officiating located at 105 Clark Street Potosi, Missouri 63664 where R.W. received full military honors. Services were entrusted to the care and direction of the Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
