Frank Lomax

Frank Wayne Lomax of De Soto, Missouri was born on Sunday, June 22, 1930 in Arbyrd, Missouri. A son of the late, Cora (Hinesly) Lomax and the late, Sam Lomax. Frank departed this life on Thursday, July 21, 2016 his residence having reached the age of eighty-six years twenty-nine days. He was united in marriage to Easter Goatley on December 17, 1950 in Paragould, Arkansas. He served as a Corporal in the Air Force from 1948 until 1950. He is survived by sons, James and Terry Lomax of High Ridge, Missouri; Stephen and Julie Lomax of Clarksville, Tennessee; Mark and Gail Lomax of De Soto, Missouri; daughter, Cora Beth and Porter Hunt of Topeka, Kansas; eight grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; also surviving are other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Easter Lomax, two sisters and one brother. Memorial Visitation from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 26, 2016, at Moore Funeral Home, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri. Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday at Moore Funeral Home located at 105 Clark Street Potosi, Missouri 63664. Moore Funeral Homes is honored to have been selected to serve Frank, his family and friends.
