Alma Ann Allen of Cadet, Missouri was born on July 9, 1942 in Racola, Missouri. A daughter of the late, Lourdes A. (Boyer) Bequette and Thomas E. Bequette. Alma departed this life on September 17, 2016 at her residence having reached the age of seventy-four years, two months and eight days. Alma is survived by five daughters, Elizabeth Ann Westfall and husband, Erik of Potosi, Missouri; Leslie E. Phares and husband, Bob of Potosi, Missouri; Jennefer Lynn Estes and husband, Terry Jr. of Cadet, Missouri; Amiee Marie Allen and friend, Kyle Wood of Barnhart, Missouri; Jessica Allen and fiancé, Thomas Williams of Potosi, Missouri; three sons, William A. “Will” Allen and friend, Jenny Johnston of Ebo, Missouri; John L. Allen and fiancé, Kimberly Williams of Potosi, Missouri; Larry A. Allen and wife, Bree of Potosi, Missouri; four sisters, Mary Craccihiolo of Cadet, Missouri; Paulette Gilliam of DeSoto, Missouri; Regina Short of Gillette, Wyoming; Kate Short of Casper Wyoming; six brothers, Glennon Gregory Bequette and wife, Lucy of Cadet, Missouri; Richard Bequette and Murry of High Ridge, Missouri; John Bequette and wife, Mary Ann of Casper, Wyoming; Mark Bequette of Cadet, Missouri; Chris Bequette and wife, Angie of DeSoto, Missouri; Phillip Joe Bequette and wife, Lisa of DeSoto, Missouri; twenty-one grandchildren: Stephanie, Sarah, Austin, Matthew, Jacob, Zachary, Dakota, Jeremy, Justice, Kassie, Joshua, Kaetlin, Graeson, Grace, Victoria, Avery, Natalie, Noah, Kaylee, Kylie and Lillian; five great-grandchildren, Peyton, Thea, Alienia, Allen and William; also surviving are other relatives and many friends. In addition to her parents, Alma was preceded in death by one daughter, Kathleen Michelle Allen, one brother, Thomas Bequette, one sister, Glenda Bequette, two sisters-in-law, Annetta Bequette and Melba Bequette. Alma was a parishioner of the St. Joachim Catholic Church and always enjoyed attending Mass. Alma was a true inspiration for her family members by living her Catholic faith on a daily basis. She loved gardening, reading and crocheting beautiful gifts for her family. Cooking and keeping all of her family and friends fed provider her with much enjoyment. Alma was always a loving, compassionate and caring lady who would put others before herself. She will be remembered for her loving and caring ways by all. Visitation was held Wednesday, September 21, 2016 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and Thursday, September 22, 2016 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Moore Funeral Homes, Potosi, Missouri. Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joachim Catholic Church, Old Mines, Missouri with Father Tony Dattilo and Monsignor Jim Hanson officiating. Final prayers and burial took place in the St. Joachim Catholic Cemetery, Old Mines, Missouri. Serving as pallbearers were: Will Allen, Larry Bodimer, Erik Westfall, John Allen, Bob Phares, Terry Estes, Larry Allen, Josh Allen, Kyle Woods and Thomas Williams. Services were entrusted into the care and direction of Moore Funeral Homes, 105 Clark Street, Potosi, Missouri.
