Larry Neaves, 77, of Kansas City, MO, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016. A memorial visitation will be on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 from 10:00 – 11:00am at St. Thomas Moore 11822 Holmes, Kansas City, MO, 64131. A mass will follow at 11:00am at the church. Larry was born on October 3, 1939 In Kansas City, MO to Roland and Elsie Neaves. He worked in sales and service for Radio Control Garage Door Company for over 30 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and VMCCA car club. In his free time, Larry loved anything that had to do with cars and was known around the neighborhood as Mr. Fix-It. Larry will be remembered by wife Pat of 54 years, of the home; sons Todd Neaves of Independence, MO, and Tim Neaves of Overland Park, KS; sister Sharon Wentz of Kansas City, MO; and niece Kellie Wentz of Lees Summit, MO. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Carol. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Kingswood Healthcare Center, Kansas City Hospice House, or a charity of your choice.
