Charlene V. Fisher, 86, of Indep., MO passed away on July 26, 2016 at the family home. Charlene was born in Indep. MO on Jan. 18, 1930. She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Gerald E. “Jerry” Fisher, her granddaughter, Jamie Fisher, her parents Charles and Jessie Hayes, and her sister Delores H. Shearer. She is survived by her three sons, Jerry L. Fisher (Victoria) of Kansas City, MO, Richard E. Fisher of Glendale, AZ, and William Kent Fisher (Laura) of Olathe, KS; six grandchildren, Jason Richardson, Brian Fisher, Sean Fisher, Derek Fisher, Austin Fisher, and John Ink; 13 great-grandchildren; and brother, William Hayes of Indep. MO. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 29, from 6-8pm, with funeral service at 10am Saturday, both at Carson-Speaks Chapel, 1501 W. Lexington Ave. Private interment at Floral Hills.
