Wendy was born on March 1, 1952 in San Bernardino, CA to Charles and Evelyn (Van Kirk) Frawley. She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers, Charles Jr. and David Frawley. Survivors: husband, Tim Kissire, of the home; son, Jason (LeAnn) Kissire, Cameron; daughter, Jennifer (Marc) George, Leavenworth, KS; 4 grandchildren, Nick, Jack, Clare and Aaryn; 3 brothers, Doug Frawley, Buckeye, AZ, Brian Frawley, El Paso, TX and Allan Frawley, El Paso, TX; 2 sisters, Pam Adkison, Parkville, MO and Phyllis Neill, Corpus Christi, TX. Services: 6:00 PM, Friday, July 15, 2016 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 6:30-8:00 PM, after the service. Mrs. Kissire will be cremated after the service.
