S. Dianne Michael 1939-2016 Winston, Missouri- Shirley “Dianne” Michael, 77, Winston, passed away on June 11, 2016 at her home. Dianne was born on March 21, 1939 in Mercer, Missouri to Bernard Arnot and Velma Belle (Holland) Dale. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers, Derwin, Darrell, Donald and Richard Dale; a sister, Sharon Fry. Dianne was a 1957 graduate of Mercer High School. She worked at Nelle’s Restaurant as a bookkeeper, before retiring. Dianne was a member of the Winston Historical Society. On May 7, 1961, Dianne married William Francis Michael in Leon, IA. He survives of the home. Additional survivors: 3 sons, Marty (Michelle) Michael, King of Prussia, PA, Joe (Tracy) Michael, Winston, MO and Chris (Cheryl) Michael, Kearney, MO; brother, Danny Dale, Leon, IA; 3 sisters, Darlene Hamilton, Leon, IA, Beverly (Ronnie) Fry, VanWert, IA and Barbara Mickel, Leon, IA; 6 grandchildren, Joseph (Megan) Michael, Cameron, MO, Rachel Michael, Centerville, IA, William Michael and Jessica Michael, King of Prussia, PA, Tyler Michael and Miranda Michael, Kearney, MO; great-grandson, Wyatt Michael; numerous nieces and nephews. Services: 10:00 AM, Thursday, June 16, 2016 at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Visitation: 6-8:00 PM, Wednesday evening at the funeral home. Burial: Winston Cemetery, Winston, MO.
