Dorothy L. Cordova 1944-2016 Cameron, Missouri- Dorothy Louise Cordova, 72, Cameron, passed away on October 17, 2016. Dorothy was born on May 22, 1944 in Chambers, California to Herbert and Helen (Saxe) Daniels. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Bryan Cordova and a sister, Virginia Smith. On June 3, 1967, Dorothy married Bernard Leo Cordova in Pueblo, Colorado. She was a member and active early in St. Munchin Catholic Church, Cameron and Altar Society. Dorothy worked as an occupational therapist for Cameron Regional Medical Center and for many nursing homes. Survivors: Husband, Bernard, of the home; son, Ryan (Amy) Cordova, Platte City, MO; 7 grandchildren, Andrew, Keegan, Katherine and Aaron Cordova, JoNelle Priestly, Alyssia Goodwin and Nicole Cordova; sister, Melissa Daniels, Cameron; brother, Don (Nancy) Daniels, Topeka, KS, daughter-in-law, Ginni Goodwin, Sacramento, CA; nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial: 10:00 AM, Friday, October 21, 2016 at St. Munchin Catholic Church, Cameron. Rosary: 6:30 PM, with visitation following 7-8:00 PM, Thursday evening at Poland-Thompson Funeral Home, Cameron. Inurnment: St. Munchin Catholic Cemetery, Cameron.
