Nancy Eagan

Nancy Loretta Eagan, age 97, of Greenfield, MO, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare Facility Bolivar, MO. She was born April 5, 1919, in Caldwell, AR, to James Milburn and Maryanne Josephine (Conner) Lentz. She was united in marriage to Elbert Eagan November 9, 1943, in St. Francis County Madison Township, and to this union six children were born. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Elbert; a daughter Diana Eagan; a granddaughter Amanda Eagan; a grandson Michael Eagan; four brothers: Benny, William, George, and Louis Lentz; and two sisters: Clair Laws, and Minnie Barker. She is survived by her five sons: E. Larry Eagan and wife Marcia of Kansas City, MO, John Eagan and wife Trudy of Bolivar, MO, Joe Eagan of Greenfield, MO, Roy Eagan and wife Karen of Greenfield, MO, and Steven Eagan and wife Betty of Greenfield, MO; ten grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter; many nieces, nephews, numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 7, 2016, at Pitts Chapel Bolivar, MO, with Dr. Greg Christopher officiating. Burial will follow at Olive Branch Cemetery Milo, MO. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 PM Sunday, November 6, 2016, in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to: CMH Hospice Bolivar, MO.
