BAXTER Richard M., age 72, of Blaine. Preceded by daughter: Sandra K. Baxter and parents: Marvin and Beatrice Baxter. Survived by loving daughters: Susan and Sara Baxter, special friends, Kerry (Jerry) Soban, Thomas (Kathy) Meyers, Gene (Donna) Hageman, Gene Philippi and SLP Lions Club members and Pooh (cat) and a host of many other friends. Member of Spring Lake Park Lions Club and he loved to volunteer and serve the community. He donated twenty-two gallons of blood to the Mpls. VA and was a MNDot employee for thirty-three years. Also he was an avid MN Vikings and MN Twins Fan. Funeral service at KOZLAK-RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (107th Ave. NE & Hwy #65) Wednesday, May 6th, 2015 at 10:30 AM with visitation one hour prior. Interment Stacy-Lent Cemetery. Family prefers memorials. Rest in Peace, Dad.
