Suzanne Miller

Suzanne Miller, 68, of Coldwater, passed away on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at her home. A celebration of Suzanne’s life will be held on Monday, October 10, 2016 at the Coldwater United Methodist Church with the family receiving friends from 12-3:00 PM. Arrangements are being cared for by Dutcher Funeral Home in Coldwater. Suzanne was born January 8, 1948 in Alma, MI to Onalee Chene. She married Richard W. Miller on November 18, 1967 in Coldwater. Mrs. Miller was the Township Assessor for Ovid, Girard, Matteson and Bronson Townships for many years. She served as Township Supervisor for Ovid Twp. for the past 20 years. Suzanne had also previously worked for State Farm Insurance in Marshall and Acorn Windows in Quincy. Suzanne was very dedicated about taking loving care of her husband. She enjoyed riding snowmobiles, golfing and playing cards with her friends. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and time on the lake. She was a wonderful cook and took great pleasure in feeding others. Suzanne is survived by her husband Richard, her children Mary (Raymond) Herendeen, Bob (Shannon) Miller all of Coldwater, her siblings Jerry Chene of Montana, Joan Pearsen of Fremont, IN, her grandchildren Kevin Herman, Nathan & Nick Herendeen all of Coldwater, her special niece Missy (Todd) Lane and their daughter Brittany of Tekonsha and her nephews Doug Sage of Cleveland, and Troy Sage of Florida.
