Gone to glory! Bradley Lyn Badders, 57, of Coldwater, MI died peacefully on June 14, 2011 in his home. Services celebrating Brad’s life will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Lockwood Community Church in Coldwater with David Knapp officiating. Brad was born February 24, 1954 in Hillsdale, MI, the son of Leroy & Betty (Bishop) Badders. He married his soul mate Debra Ann (Payton) Dugan on Nov. 17, 2004. Mr. Badders was employed for many years at Acorn Building Co and Asama Mfg. He also spent many years as the owner operator of a construction company. Brad enjoyed working with his hands creating woodworking projects, gardening, and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was loved by many. He is survived by his loving wife Debra Ann Badders, of Coldwater, he was a proud and loving father to three children Brandie (Chris) Burr of Coldwater, Barry (LaVon) Badders of Garrett/Hamilton, IN, Brock (Danielle) Badders of Coldwater; two step-children, Jamie Jo Dugan and Christopher Dugan both of Coldwater. Also a proud Papa to seven grandchildren Arianna Beaty, India Converse, Carlyn Haller, Brayson Badders, of Coldwater, Brianna Beutner and Jake Gordon of Hamilton and Emily Dugan of Phoenix, AZ , and Great-Papa “Biggie” to Mikhail Rodriguez. Also surviving are his siblings Barbara (Judd) Youkers of Queen Creek, AZ, Brenda (Ray) Ellis Phoenix ,AZ, Benton (Sandy) Badders of Quincy, MI, Tammy (Brett) Smith of Quincy, MI, Bonita (Rick Byers) Anderson of Mesa, AZ, Scott Badders of Quincy, MI, Beckie (Bill) Duffy of Claymont, DE, and Brian Badders of Union City.
