Ruggiero, Joseph M. “Rama” 69, of Revere, formerly of East Boston, passed away unexpectedly October 5, 2016. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen ( Millerick) Ruggiero. Loving father of Joseph Ruggiero and his wife Donna of FL., and Nicole Pagliarulo and her husband Chris of Peabody. Dear brother of Joann Peroni and her husband John of Newburyport and Michael Ruggiero and his wife celeste of Lynn and the late Marianne Ruggiero. Cherished grandfather of Christopher and Cecelia Pagliarulo. Also lovingly survived by many nieces and nephews. Family and friends will honor Joseph’s life by gathering in Vazza’s “Beechwood” Funeral Home, 262 Beach St. REVERE on Tuesday, October 11 from 4PM to 8PM and again at 9:00AM Wednesday morning before leaving in procession to St Anthony’s Church Revere for a Funeral Mass to be celebrated in his honor at 10:00AM. Interment will follow in the V.A. National Cemetery, Bourne. Late U.S. Marine Vietnam Veteran, Corporation President Beachmont V.F.W. Post #6712. Past Commodore and executive board member and life member Jeffries Yacht Club East Boston and the Winthrop Elks Lodge. After his retirement he enjoyed boating and traveling.
