Miss Tecla M. Giusti 86, Formerly of 379 East St. and for many years resided at 19 Arch St. in Pittsfield passed away Monday, July 25, 2016 at Springside Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center. She was born in Pittsfield, Mass. on September 7, 1929 a daughter of the late Giusto & Catherina (Manini) Giusti. Tecla attended Pittsfield Schools. She was employed by the former Sheaffer -Eaton Division of Textron in Pittsfield for 42 years and retired in 1988. She was a former communicant of All Soul's Church and presently a communicant of Sacred Heart Church. She enjoyed Knitting and Playing Cards. Survivors include a sister, Anna Murphy of Pittsfield, MA; a brother, Giuliano Giusti of Pittsfield, a sister-in-law, Barbara Giusti of Windsor, MA and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and 1 great great nephew. Tecla was predeceased by a brother, Albert Giusti, a brother-in-law, Neale J. Murphy and a sister-in-law, Isabella Giusti. FUNERAL NOTICE: Services for Tecla M. Giusti will be private and at the convenience of the family. Entombment will take place in St. Michael the Archangel Mausoleum at St. Joseph's Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.
