Farmington – Gordon “Chuck” A. Lister, Jr, 61, a resident of Jay, Maine, passed away suddenly, Tuesday, July 19th at Franklin Memorial Hospital in Farmington, Maine. He was born May 4, 1955 in Methuen, Massachusetts, the son of Gordon A. Lister, Sr. and Palma A. (Leo) Lister. He attended school in Lawrence. On January 9, 2008, in Methuen, he married Susan Waite and they later made their home in Maine. Gordon enjoyed watching sports, especially the Red Sox, Patriots and Bruins. He also loved to cook and go camping at Martin Stream Campground. His true joy was playing with his grandchildren and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Susan Waite of Jay; his children, Gordon A. Lister III of Dracut, MA, Tanya Lister of Lewiston, Maine, Richard Lister of Plaistow, NH, Jonathan Muise of Methuen, MA, Robert Pilz of Haverhill, MA, Sarah Lister of St. Albans, VT, and Melissa Jennings of Springs, TX, grandchildren, Kassandra, Kylie, Daylee, Talon, Isabella, Chris, Lilly, Macy, Madison, Jason, Kenneth, Tammy and Thomas, his great-grandson, Jayce, brother-in-law, Dennis Guillette of FL, siblings, Georgette and Wayne Muise of Ocala, FL, JoAnn and Dave Hamel of Salem, NH, Linda and Matthew Whiter of Derry, NH, Robert Lister of Ocala, FL, Joseph and Cheryl Lister of Salem, NH, Patricia and Anthony Morency of Salem, NH, Pamela and Andre Garcia of Bradford, MA, Amy and Carl Beauregard of Haverhill, MA, and Edward Lister of Plaistow, NH, and many, many, nieces and nephews.
