John Michael Kujawa Graveside services for Mr. John Michael Kujawa of Hodge, LA will be held at a later date. Mr. Kujawa was born January 14, 1961 in Chicago, IL and passed from this life on August 18, 2015 in Jonesboro, La at the age of 54. He is preceded in death by his father, Jack Kujawa and one sister, Monica Kujawa. Survivors include his wife, Angela Kujawa of Hodge; mother, Lorraine Kujawa of Hodge; his children, John H. Kujawa and Steven C. Kujawa both of Hodge and Cheryl Eggert of Chicago, IL; step-children, Courtney Dennis of Arcadia and Robert E. Tonnang of Hodge; grandchildren, Ragen Eggert, Pricilla Ackerman and Daphne Ackerman all of Chicago, and R.J. Tonnang of Hodge; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
