Phyllis A. Heller, 76, of Decatur, IN passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2016 at Select Hospital in Fort Wayne. Phyllis was born on January 13, 1940 to the late Kenneth and Clara Kiser. On July 25, 1964, she married John L. Heller. Phyllis attended Damascus Road Church and was a Nursing Assistant at Adams Memorial Hospital. Phyllis is survived by her husband of 52 years, John L. Heller of Decatur; daughter, Reene (Rich) Foutz of South Whitley; three grandchildren, Carrington, Madelyn and Zoe Foutz. Phyllis was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Friday, August 26, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, followed by a 11:45 a.m. Graveside Service at the Decatur Cemetery. Pastor Kevin Mahlan will be officiating. Memorials are to Adams Memorial Hospital.
