Olga L. “Lucy” Moore, 65, of Decatur, Indiana passed away on July 6, 2016, at the Hospice Home in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on June 9, 1951, in Beckley, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Howard E. Jones and Ida M. (Kestner) Jones. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Decatur. She was employed with K-Mart for 20 years and owned and operated Kolor Kids Daycare for 15 years. Lucy is survived by a son, Andrew W. Moore, of Indianapolis, IN; two daughters, Amy L. (Michael) Bly of Decatur, IN and Julie A. (William) Grindstaff of Ft. Wayne, IN; one brother, Howard E. “Bub” (Julia) Jones, Jr. of Decatur, IN; one sister, Ninalee (Leroy) Whitmer of Mooresville, NC; 5 grandchildren, Alesha Berzenye, Adam & Alex Lithgow, Danielle (Justin) Dekker, Megan (Jacen) Lehman and 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, former husband Larry W. Moore and a sister Linda A. Kelley. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 11, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, with calling 2 hours prior from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. Rev. Andrew W.
