Grace Foor, 95, of Decatur, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at Adams Woodcrest. Grace was born on June 29, 1921 in Adams County to the late Lindsey Lawrence and Eva N. (Rash) Troutner. On January 8, 1941, she married Cecil A. Foor; he preceded her in death on May 8, 1992. Grace was a homemaker and also worked in the factory at Decatur Industries. She is survived by a daughter, Janet Kay Kohn of Decatur; two granddaughters, Annette L. (Brian) Lippi of Sevierville, TN and Amy J. Thatcher of Van Wert, OH; three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three brothers and 4 sisters. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 19, 2016 at Woodcrest Porter Auditorium. Calling will be prior to service from 10:00-11:00 a.m. Chaplain John Follett will be officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn, Ohio City, OH. Memorials are to Family Life Care-Hospice.
