Debra A. Loshe McLeland, 55, of Decatur, IN, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2016, after a long battle with cancer. She was born on May 13, 1961, in Decatur, IN, to the late Russell D. and Madonna (Liechty) Hendricks. On October 21, 2016, she married her companion of 26 years, Kirt D. McLeland. She was a 1979 graduate of Bellmont High School, but had completed her first 3 years at Crestview High School. She was a former member of the Decatur Church of God. She worked for 12 years at Strick Trailers, 4 years at Fleetwood, and was also a waitress at the Rhinelander. Deb is survived by her husband, Kirt D. McLeland of Decatur; a daughter, Heidi A. (Joshua) Fisher of Decatur; a daughter-in-law, Tari “TJ” Lengerich of Decatur; 2 brothers, Dorwin L. (Debbie) Hendricks and De Lane G. Hendricks of Van Wert, OH; a sister, Dianne L. (Larry) Heiman of Monroe; mother-in-law, Nancy L. McLeland of Decatur; father-in-law, Kenneth (Carolyn) Hill of Scott, OH sister-in-law, Kris Cox of Decatur; 2 brothers-in-law; Todd (Theresa) Hill and Jim (Leann) Hill both of Scott, OH; 3 granddaughters, Haylee, Madison, and Avree Fisher; 2 grandsons, Nykolas Lengerich and Greysen Reed; 3 grandsons, Kiefer Jones, Tristen Brister, and Trace Brister. She was also preceded in death by her son, Branden M. Loshe, a brother, Darrell W. Hendricks, a father-in-law, Everett “Denny” McLeland. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at Haggard-Sefton & Hirschy Funeral Home, with calling 1 hour prior from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Rex Grant and burial will take place in the Decatur Cemetery. Memorials may be made to her Grandchildren’s Education Fund.
