Mr. Thomas Ray Bell, age 80 of 1991 Clay Brown Road, Hartwell, Ga., entered into rest at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday, July 23, 2016 Born April 29, 1936 in Franklin County, he was retired from the garment industry as a supervisor with 36 years of service. He was of the baptist faith. He is survived by; his wife, Linda Lewis Bell of the home, step-sons, Jeff Adams and his wife Anna of Hartwell, Ga., and Ricky Adams of Hartwell, Ga., brother, Charles Bell and sister, Mildred Baker both of Athens, Ga.He was preceded in death by his parents, Jasper and Elma Elrod Bell and several brothers and sisters, and by his canine companion, "Bill" Memorial services celebrating the life of Ray Bell will be held on Monday, July 25, 2016 at Five O'Clock p.m. in the chapel of Coile-Hall-Spagnoli Funeral Home. Rev. Johnny Stowe will officiate. The family will receive friends from 4-5 Monday just prior to the service. The family will be at the home.
