Thomas William Gore, IV, 51, of Interlachen, passed away on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka following a brief illness. He was a native of West Palm Beach and had lived in Putnam County since 1999 coming from Port St. Lucie. He had worked as a drywall installer in the residential construction industry. Thomas enjoyed fishing and working on cars. He is preceded in death by his sister, Julie Bagley. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Shelly Sexton of Interlachen, parents, Thomas W. Gore, III and Patricia Gore of Interlachen, children, Ashley Gore of Melrose, Christopher and Liam Gore both of Interlachen and Kristina Sexton of Keystone Heights, brother, Michael Gore of Interlachen, sisters, Tricia, Pauline, and Diane Gore, grandchildren, Logan Matthew Melton, Khloe Lynn Melton, Sophia Grace Melton and Asher Jace McClellan. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at Francis Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm until the time of services.
