Shane Eric Guidry, 34, of Palatka, passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015 from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was a native of Naples, Florida and had lived in Palatka for the past 30 years. He had worked as a painter for Williams Body Shop and enjoyed mud bogging and riding motorcycles. He was preceded in death by his father, Joe Guidry. He is survived by his mother, Linda Howard, daughter, Kristana Jo Guidry, girlfriend, Karen Strickland and sisters, Amy Sottile and Melissa Roman. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Johnson-Overturf Chapel in Palatka with Pastor Dennis Childers officiating.
