Patsy A. Carter, 69, of Crescent City, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2016 from her hard fought battle with cancer. She was born in Leesburg, Florida and returned to Putnam County from the Sarasota /Bradenton area where she had worked 18 years as a machine operator making computer chips. Patsy loved horses, her dogs and attending to her flowers. She was a member of the College Road Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lois Carter, a sister, Dorothy Carter and a brother Steve Carter.
Patsy is survived by her loving niece and care-taker, Diana Derhaag and husband Gilbert and their children, Brandy Steedley and Daniel Carter.
In keeping with Patsy’s wishes, no services are scheduled.
