Gwinn Logan Dugger, 88, of Palatka, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Putnam Community Medical Center following a short illness. A native of Frazer, Kentucky, he resided in Palatka for 4 years coming from Anderson, Indiana. Mr. Dugger served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He retired from General Motors in Anderson, Indiana where he had worked as a utility man for 34 years. Mr. Dugger was preceded in death by his parents, John Sherman Dugger and Belva Lee Ragle Dugger, his wife, Imadell Dugger and a daughter, Glenna Seybert. He is survived by a son, Marlowe Dugger and his wife Joyce of Palatka, FL, 4 grandchildren, a step-granddaughter, 5 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11:30 A.M. Monday, September 19, 2016 at Robert Loose Funeral Home in Anderson, Indiana with burial to follow at Anderson Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of services.
