Dear Heavenly Father, please care for our beloved mother and wife. Please welcome her as she comes to you. Carolyn Boardman passed away on July 14, 2016, at her home in Pace, Florida. Carolyn Boardman was born on August 27, 1955 to Hubert and Patricia Dupree in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She was married on June 16, 1978, to Mark Boardman. Carolyn Boardman was a loving mother and a devoted wife. Her children and grandchildren were the joys of her life; whether it was merely just hearing about their day or going on a Disney vacation with them. She always enjoyed her time spent with family. She thoroughly enjoyed the little things in life: movies with her daughters, going out to dinner, or just taking an afternoon nap. These moments brought happiness to her life. Carolyn is survived by her spouse, Mark; two daughters, Stefanie and Alana; two grandchildren, Makayla and Ashlynn; son-in-law, Justin; father, Hubert; and her siblings, Michael and Linda. A Graveside Service will be held at 12:30 p.m., Friday, July 22, 2016, at Barrancas National Cemetery.
