Aquillia Elizabeth Clark, 78; was born July 11, 1938, and passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 28, 2016. Aquillia was a registered nurse and retired from Santa Rosa Hospital. She often reminisced of the great friends and physicians she worked alongside while caring for people within the community. She served others selflessly with her knowledge, skills and talents in helping others with spiritual guidance/council, food, clothing, shelter, etc.
She was a member of Milton First Assembly of God and was predeceased by her husband, Pate L. Clark; and her oldest son, Timothy Earl Colley.
She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Denise (Earl) Colley; her sons, Clif (Erica) and Stacy (Mary) Colley; her grandchildren, Allan (Lauren) Colley, Amanda (Chad) Martin, Jarrod Colley, Anna Colley and Brianna Colley; and great-grandchildren, Rhyann and Keagan Martin.
The family would like to express their gratitude for the caring staff and physicians at Santa Rosa Health and Rehab. The care and support you have provided over the years has not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.
Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2016, at Lewis Funeral Home in Milton, Florida. A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m., at Barrancas National Cemetery, with the Reverend Fred Rogers officiating.
