Mark L. Cartier, 55, of West Haven entered into rest on August 30, 2016. He is survived by his siblings Robert (Darcy) Cartier Jr., John (Sharon), Gerald and Sandy Cartier. Stepson of Bobby Hubbard. Also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews. Son of the late Robert G. Cartier Sr. & Rosemary Hubbard. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.
