Eva Marie Jones, 87 of Hemet, California passed away on Friday, August 5, 2016 comfortably surrounded by family at her home. She was born on Tuesday, July 2, 1929 in Holiday, Missouri to John and Gladys Comstock. Eva is survived by her three sons, John, Ron and Randy (Nancy), seven grandchildren, Misti (Brian), Lee (Andrea), Eli (Deanna), Andrew (Jessica), Keith (Samantha), Shawnee (Jimmy), and LaRanda (Israel), 12 great grandchildren, Brianna (Ian), Madilynn (Brandon), Zachariah Allison, Analeen, Evan, Carson, Luke, Logan, Audrey, Charleson, and Rocky, and 1 great-great grandchild, Brynnley Konz. Eva was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 64 years, Russ Jones, her daughter, Connie, and her daughter-in-law, Chris. Eva was a loving and caring wife, mother, and grandmother. After her devotion to her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, her family was her number one priority. She was also very active in three Assembly of God churches; Harbor A/G Costa Mesa where she taught Missionettes, Irvine A/G. Eva's last 27 years was at Valle Vista Assembly where she was a Sunday School teacher, was involved with Women's Ministries Bible study, Seniors ministry and prayer groups. Eva was a passionate woman who made friends with everyone she met and could share the love of Jesus with simply her smile. Eva was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by everyone who had the privilege to know her.
