Teresa Markin

Mrs. Teresa Lynn (Montgomery) Markin, 59, of Fort Smith formerly of Trumann died Sunday, September 4, 2016 at St. Vincent’s in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was born June 29, 1957 in Harrisburg, Arkansas the daughter of Dewey and Erlene (Sloan) Montgomery. After finishing high school Teresa went to the School of Cosmetology, not fulfilled in that career Teresa then went to EMT training. There she found her niche in life serving in Trumann and Harrisburg. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Teresa was preceded in death by her mother and son, Tyson Massengill. Survivors are: husband, Larry Moore of Fort Smith, father, Dewey Montgomery of Trumann, daughter, Courtney Phillips of Harrisburg, brothers: Billy John Montgomery of Oklahoma City, OK and Ken Montgomery of Trumann, AR, sister, Lisa Montgomery of Jackson, TN, and two grandchildren: Madison and Mason Phillips. Graveside services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday @ Harrisburg Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Jackson’s Funeral Home.
