Maudie M. Gallagher, 103, of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016 in a local hospital. She was born on June 8, 1913 in Denning, Arkansas to William H. and Clara E. (Baker) Becker. She was a homemaker, a member of Walnut Street Freewill Baptist Church, a former member of Amrita Caldron of Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Gallagher, two sons, Bill and Gene Gallagher, grandson, Billy Gallagher and great grandson, Michael Jones. Funeral services will be 10:00AM, Friday, October 21, 2016 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith with burial to follow in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mallory Gallagher, Chris Wann, Jasper Mithlo, Freddie Jones, Kyle Edwards and Jackie Morton. Honorary Pallbearers are Teddy Matthew, Dakota Jones and Austin Gallagher. She is survived by one son, Fred and his wife Cindy Gallagher of Muldrow, Oklahoma eight grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great- great grandchildren. The family will visit with friends from 5-7PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
