Madelyn Rae Neece Bohbrink, 24, loving mother, wife, daughter, granddaughter, sister and friend to many passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016 in a local hospital. She was a homemaker and, a great cook, loved to decorate and make every holiday and birthday a special day for her family. She was a free-lance make-up artist specializing in weddings, graduations and proms. Maddie is a Christian who loves the Lord and was described recently by a friend as being the kindest and most considerate person I have ever known. Her last act of kindness on this earth was to be an organ donor. Maddie is survived by her husband, Colin of the home; one daughter, Emerson Bohbrink and one son Bentley Neece both of the home; her mother and step-father, Michelle and Andy Niewald of Fort Smith; her father, Aaron Neece of Fort Smith; maternal grandparents, Bob and Linda Moody of Fort Smith; paternal grandparents, George and Barbara Neece of Fort Smith; one brother, Jarrett Neece of Fort Smith. Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday October 12, 2016 at Rye Hill Baptist Church at 11512 Old Hwy 71, Fort Smith, AR 72916 with burial in Steep Hill Cemetery under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith. Pallbearers will be Joel, Sabastian, Jonathan and David Neece, Rick and Derrick Arnold, Hunter Pendleton and Mack Bryan. Honorary pallbearers will be the Sew Sassy Boutique. The family will visit with friends from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday October 11, 2016 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home 4500 Jenny Lind Road Fort Smith, AR. Memorials may be made to the Maggie House 1005 Second Street Charleston, AR 72933.
