Elna Lea Stroud, 68, of Fort Smith, AR passed away on Monday June 13, 2016 in her home. She was a beautician and formerly owned and operated Ellies Beauty Salon in Paris, AR. She was born on July 19, 1947 in North Little Rock, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard Quintin, Jr. and was of the Christian faith. Memorial service will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday June 16, 2016 at Ocker-Putman Funeral Home Chapel in Fort Smith. She is survived by two sons, Bernard “Quin” Quintin III and his wife Terrina of Fort Smith and Austin Broyles and his wife Becky of Vidor, TX; two sisters, Pat Green of Fairfield Bay, AR and Frances Moses of Port Lavaca, TX; five grandchildren, Nicole Quintin of Fort Smith, AR, Taylor McClure and her husband Dylan of Dallas, TX and Joshua, Hannah and Hailee Broyles all of Vidor, TX and three great-grandchildren. Cremation is under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
