Cleo “Rick” Wilkins, 64, of Arkoma passed away on Sunday July 3, 2016 at his home. . He was born in Camden, Arkansas on July 3, 1952.He was a retired auditor after 25 years with Rheem Manufacturing, a Presbyterian and a U.S. Army veteran. He is survived by his wife, Diana of the home; four daughters, Stephanie Woodward of Plainview, AR, Angie Pepper of Waynesville, MO, Susan Stewart of Layton, UT and Helen Faulkner of Springdale, AR; one son, Shawn Wilkins of Fayetteville, AR; two step-sons, Ricky and Marcus Whittaker both of Greenwood, AR; three brothers, Donald Wilkins of Lake Charles, LA, Floyd “Buddy Wilkins and Daniel Wilkins both of Camden, AR; sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Cremation was under the direction of Ocker-Putman Funeral Home of Fort Smith.
