Wanda Moulder, 70, of Atkins, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2016, at her home. She was born April 8, 1946, in Russellville, daughter of the late Walter and Ethel Bratton Kelley. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 sisters, Linda and Judy Kelley; a son, Mark Allan Stepps; and her husband of 30 years, Allen Joe Stepps. She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Billy Moulder; children, Tommy and Kelly Spivey, Mikia and Ashley Moulder, and Aaron and Amanda Davis; 6 grandchildren, Kasondra Ketchum, Paige Spivey, Whitney Spivey, Cameron Stepps, Brooklyn Moulder, Isaac and Madelyn Davis; and 2 great-grandchildren, Logan and Sawyer Ketchum. Graveside service and burial is 2:00 PM, Tuesday, October 18, at Bells Chapel Cemetery with Rev. David Downum officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 6:00-8:00 PM, Monday, at Lemley Chapel Honorary pallbearers are Jimmy Bratton, Brandon Brown, Ray Pruitt, Jerrod Gray, Donald Bratton, and James Bratton.
