Patricia Ann Davis, 74, of Clarksville, passed away Friday, September 9, 2016, at her home. She was born July 24, 1942, in Atkins. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was preceded in death by her father, Albert “Speedy” Hern, Jr.; and a daughter, Kathy Diane Davis Parker. She is survived by her husband, Jay C. Davis of Clarksville; granddaughter, Kristie and husband Brandon Sampley; 3 great-granddaughters, Kailyn Cox, Morgan Cox, and Jenna Sampley, all of Bentonville; mother, Edna Shatwell of Russellville; sister, Darlene and husband Donnie Ford of Russellville; and a number of brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. Funeral services are 2:00 PM, Monday, September 12, at Lemley Chapel with Rev. Vernon Bass officiating. Burial is in Atkins City Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is from 2:00-4:00 PM, Sunday. Pallbearers are Will Davis, Hunter Davis, Jerrod Smith, Verlon Farris, Trent Philamlee, and Wendell Miller. Honorary pallbearers are David Tice, D.J. Burke, Rick Harp, Vaughon Freeman, Allen Davis, Jerry Cowell, Donnie Chenowith, Brad Robert, Michael Harp, Damon White, and Dave Hendricks.
