Michael Boone Morphis, 65, of Atkins, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on August 15, 2016. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Villa Williams Morphis; and an aunt, Nellie Boone, all of Atkins. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Terry Gilmore Morphis; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Buffy and husband Bruce Bowman of Dardanelle, and Brooke and husband Cory Wright of Bridge City, TX; and 3 grandchildren, Ryan Gault, Axton Wright, and Ayris Wright. Funeral services are 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 18, at Lemley Chapel with Bro. Brian Ryals officiating. Burial is in Atkins City Cemetery under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Visitation is one hour prior to services at Lemley Chapel.
