Debra L. Yarber, 65, of Dover, passed away Friday, October 14, 2016, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Russellville. She was born November 2, 1950, in Deer, Arkansas, daughter of the late Walter and Gladys Farmer Flippo. She was of the Assembly of God Faith. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, J.W. Yarber. She is survived by her companion, Richard Holloway of Dover; 4 sons, Kenneth Yarber of Dover, Keith Yarber and wife Jeannie of Dover, Charles Yarber and wife Kari of Morrilton, and Shawn Yarber and wife Dusti of Russellville; and step-daughter, Megan Holloway. Graveside service and burial will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Rock Springs Cemetery with Rev. Ben Baughman officiating under the direction of Lemley Funeral Service of Atkins. Pallbearers will be Dylan Yarber, Devin Yarber, Chanse Yarber, Brandon Yarber, Ryan Yarber, and David Wagler. Honorary pallbearers are Cash Yarber and Robert Meeler.
